A substance produced from metallic materials
(non-corrosive alloys rather than simple
metals) in a liquid state which, by very
rapid cooling, are prevented from reverting
to their regular metallic structure. Instead
they take on the properties of glass, while
retaining the metallic properties of
malleability and relatively good electrical
conductivity.
